FALL 2020 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Emerging Leaders participants must complete the following program requirements throughout the semester-long program and meet deadlines. Dates and more details will be available in the coming weeks. Please contact our team with any questions.

Sept. 7 |
Attend a Leadership WeekendAll participants are required to attend one Leadership Weekend. The retreat serves as an orientation session, allowing you to understand how to successfully complete the program. You will meet other students, participate in activities, and dive deep into leadership discussions, resulting in a better understanding of who you are as an individual leader. |
Sept. 18 |
Track Program ParticipationYou'll track your participation online. We'll go through setup during leadership weekend orientation |
All Semester |
Attend the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Leadership Conference |
Sept. 26 |
Attend 5 WorkshopsThese workshops are designed around the first three C's of the social change model: consciousness of self, congruence, and commitment. You will learn more about yourself and your leadership values, as well as how to be most successful in school and campus life at WSU. Specific topics include communication, delegation, time management, financial well being, exploring values, happiness and cultural competency. |
