These lockers are available only for traditional RSOs. Greek organizations and Sports Clubs will not be considered for locker use.

Please complete the form below. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

There are 42 lockers available (28 small lockers and 14 full lockers). Lockers will be distributed on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

After submitting this electronic form, please go to CUB 140 to receive your lock and locker assignment.

At the end of each semester lockers will be cleared out, and organizations will have to reapply for the space.

Terms of Use

I agree that by accepting a storage space my student organization will use the storage space regularly. Failure to utilize your assigned storage space will result in the space being reallocated to another student organization.

I agree that by accepting a storage space that my organization is responsible for all contents of the locker.

I agree that by accepting a storage space my organization will not utilize it for illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to storage of controlled or illegal substances, flammable, corrosive or explosive materials.

I agree that by accepting a storage space I acknowledge and consent to my space being searched by University Personnel, and/or, Police should illegal activity be suspected.

I agree that by accepting a storage space that my organization is responsible for ensuring that it is properly locked and secured when not in use so as to prevent theft and other malicious conduct.

I agree that by accepting a storage space, my organization is liable and responsible for any damages caused to the storage space and that I will be billed for repair, and in extreme cases possibly prosecuted.

I understand that with this locker storage space, my organization will receive 100 free copies.
