Management and Functioning Services Through leadership retreats, tailored teambuilding and organizational development interventions, the annual RSO Spring Awards Banquet, RSO resource room, and free storage spaces, you are able to improve the function and effectiveness of your organization on campus.

Marketing and Public Relations Services To market your organization and recruit new members, advertising and public relations is a must! Each semester we host the Involvement Fair for you to do just that. Other available marketing resources include: discounted design and printing at the ImageShop, up to 200 complimentary copies in CUB Marketing, free use of the digital displays around the CUB, access to marketing opportunities in the Pullman community, and opportunities to display success on the RSO Showcase.

Event Planning and Safety In order to make an IMPACT and minimize your risk, there are processes in place to help you do so. Our Event Registration forms are mandatory in order to guide you through planning your event. From there, we walk you through a Risk Assessment form, advising you about food policies, venues, and the appropriate people on campus to talk to in order to make your event a success. Event Specialists are free to you to make you aware of risk at the event.

Organizational Finance and Fundraising Money is tight and we recognize that it is necessary in order to make your RSO successful so funding opportunities are available: the Student Programming Grant, CougParent Fund, VPLAC Grant, and Coke Activation Fund. We can also help you in brainstorming and planning fundraising with your RSO. Through the CUB Business Office, your organization has access to a bank account and guidance on record keeping and policies.
