Chaperones & Volunteers

    All conferences rely heavily on the support of student, faculty & staff volunteers in addition to high school and program chaperones.
    Chaperones are asked to please fill out a separate registration form that is different from the student application process. Chaperones are also asked to pay the same fees as the students as we do provide transportation, meals and lodging for the weekend.

    All chaperones and volunteers are required to fill out a background check form.
    Student volunteers are vital to the success of all the conferences. Be sure to check back regularly for updates on meetings, position openings, etc.
    Upcoming conference meetings for volunteers:
    CASHE General Meeting: Thursday September 10th, 2009 6-7pm in CUE 119.

    SHAPING General Meeting: Monday October 19th, 2009 7-8pm in CUE 202.
